Jess Garrison
Jess Garrison is a third generation resident of Spring Lake, MI. He developed an early fascination with realty as a result of a role model and mentor who inspired him to go into the profession. He graduated from Spring Lake High School in 2005, where he played football, basketball and ran track. After high school, Jess attended Michigan State University.
His father is experienced and talented in construction and taught Jess many different aspects of the trade. This in-depth knowledge of construction gave Jess an edge in the local real estate industry, and his success came quickly in the Lakeshore markets.
An active member of the community, Jess serves on the Board of Directors for the OAR Family Center, a drug and alcohol rehabilitation program and is one of the upcoming Spring Lake Rotary presidents. His love for the West Michigan area has led him to be very knowledgeable of the region.

Skylar (Bench) Garrison is also a third generation resident of Spring Lake. After graduating from Grand Valley State University in 2015, she worked for the Ottawa County Health Department in Environmental Health.
When she and her husband (Jess) had their first child in 2020, she decided to leave her job so that she could stay home with her children. She began doing some client relations work for Jess during that time, and quickly realized her love for the Real Estate industry.
After giving birth to their second child in 2022, she decided that she wanted to dive more into the business. She was licensed in early 2023 to help take some more of the load off from Jess, who is now the manager at Coldwell Banker, and is eager to help people find their next homes!

Born and raised in Grand Haven. I am a twin, and one of five children. Attended Spring Lake High School, and earned a Nursing Degree from Valparaiso University. Married to Aaron Adams, and have four children. We reside in East Grand Rapids for the past four years. Love to spend time on the lakeshore where many family and friends still are. Our family loves sports, games and outdoor time! We love to travel, and try new things.
I became a realtor because I have always enjoyed house hunting, and working with others. I’m passionate about advocating for others to find and meet their needs. Real estate allows me to utilize my market knowledge and strong relationships to assist others in landing the perfect home! You can expect transparency, trust and respect from me! Hailing from Norton Shores, with a legacy of achievement and service in her community, Sydney (Tharp) Recknagel understands the importance of balance and perseverance. After graduating from Olivet College in 2016 with degrees in biology and psychology, she coached high school sports and worked as a medical assistant. Realizing her passion for true servant leadership within her community, she earned a Master of Arts degree in teaching and curriculum from Michigan State University in 2020.
Currently a devoted stepmother of four and a dedicated science teacher and softball coach at Reeths-Puffer High School, she knows the value of hard work and determination – traits that define her approach to every client interaction. She is inspired by her appreciation for the unique character of homes and their ability to reflect their residents and is committed to helping clients find properties that align with their lifestyle and aspirations.
Trent Sievertsen

Native to Spring Lake, Michigan, Trent developed a passion for home design at a young age. His interest deepened in 2015 when his mother began remodeling homes, and he had the opportunity to work closely on numerous projects with her. Through this hands-on experience, Trent explored every aspect of creating beautiful, functional interiors. More importantly, he discovered the power of matching buyers with homes they truly loved.
Throughout high school, Trent played tennis and took college-level courses in architecture and home design. In his spare time, he immersed himself in the real-estate market, regularly tracking available homes. Because of this interest, he was able to assist multiple family members in finding homes that suited their needs. After graduating from Spring Lake High School, Trent was quick to jump into realty and begin his career.
